Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.

Terms & Conditions of Service

General Terms

  • Patients must provide accurate medical history and personal details during registration.
  • The clinic reserves the right to accept or refuse consultation based on medical necessity or ethical considerations.
  • All patients are expected to maintain decorum and respect towards staff and other patients.

Consultation Policy

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation is completed.
  • Follow-up visits, recheck consultations, or online reviews are chargeable as per clinic policy.
  • No consultation will be given without valid patient registration or prior appointment, except in emergencies.

Medical Records & Privacy

  • Patient medical records are maintained confidentially in accordance with the MCI Code of Ethics and Data Protection norms.
  • Copies of records can be provided upon written request by the patient within 72 hours.
  • Photography, videography, or recording inside the consultation area is strictly prohibited.

Medication & Prescriptions

  • Prescriptions are issued only after physical or valid teleconsultation.
  • Patients must not alter prescriptions or use them for unrelated conditions.
  • The clinic will not be responsible for pharmacy errors or misuse of prescribed drugs.

Diagnostics & Procedures

  • Diagnostic tests or procedures are performed only with informed consent.
  • Reports are issued as per standard timelines; emergency processing may incur extra charges.
  • The clinic is not responsible for delays due to external diagnostic centers.

Emergency & Referral Policy

  • The clinic provides first aid and stabilization, then refers serious cases to a higher medical facility.
  • In case of emergencies, the patient or guardian must arrange for immediate transfer to a hospital as advised.

Payment & Billing

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of consultation or procedure.
  • Bills and receipts will be provided for all payments; however, they are for record purposes only and may not be eligible for insurance or reimbursement claims unless explicitly stated
  • Outstanding dues must be cleared before collecting reports or certificates.

Patient Conduct & Safety

  • Any form of violence, abuse, or threat towards doctors or staff will result in immediate police action under IPC Sections 353 & 506 and the Epidemic Diseases (Amendment) Act, 2020.
  • The clinic premises are under CCTV surveillance for safety and legal protection.

Telemedicine & Online Consultations

  • All online consultations comply with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines (2020) issued by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India.
  • Identity verification and explicit patient consent are mandatory for every teleconsultation.
  • Recording of video or audio calls is strictly prohibited without the prior consent of the doctor, as it violates medical privacy and professional ethics.
  • The clinic is not liable for poor connectivity, technical interruptions, or miscommunication during teleconsultations.
  • All digital prescriptions and advice are issued following legal and ethical telemedicine norms.
